What if I have more luggage?

The maximum luggage capacity is shown next to each vehicle, luggage capacity is based on safety, so we do not recommend exceeding this limit. If you are travelling with more luggage, ensure you book enough vehicles to be able to transport all your belongings without going over the maximum capacity.

Our Chauffeurs retain the right to refuse service based on the amount of additional luggage, and excess baggage may also result in additional charges.

Can you smoke in the vehicle?

It is against the law to smoke in virtually all enclosed public places, workplaces and public and work vehicles. This means that smoking is not allowed by anyone in a private hire vehicle at any time. This includes the driver, even if the vehicle is not being used for hire and reward at that time.

To ensure cleanliness and air quality for all our guests, smoking is not permitted in Premier Executive Chauffeur vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking. Violating this policy can result in a £500 fine.

What is the cancellation policy and how will I be notified of a customer cancelling a booking?

Premier Executive Chauffeur has the most customer-friendly and easy to cancel policy, our passengers are able to cancel most rides up to an hour before the pickup time. The exceptions are rides over 100miles, which must be changed or cancelled 6 hours in advance.
